Holiday and Paid Time Off

Even though New Balance is a fun place to work, it is important for our associates to take time for rest and relaxation. The NB holiday policy is designed to provide associates with ample time off for leisure and personal activities.

Flextime Work Schedule

Our associates find benefit in their 37.5 hour work week and feel empowered managing their own work schedules. New Balance gives most associates the flexibility to begin work as early as 7:00am, as late as 9:00am, or any time in between.

Employee Purchase Program

Both in and out of work associates are encouraged to wear New Balance products as well as products within our family of brands, Dunham, PF Flyers, Aravon, Warrior, and Brine. We offer significant savings on shoes, apparel, and accessories.

Corporate Gift Matching

We support our associates’ charitable giving through our corporate gift matching program. Each year, associates can apply for a 100% match (up to $500 each year) of their contributions to organizations that support children, athletics, education, arts and sciences, health and human services, and community development/improvement.
